देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल ने आज ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में जनता दर्शन कार्यक्रम में जन समस्याएं सुनी। भारी बारिश के बावजूद बडी संख्या में फरियादी जनता दरवार पहुंचे। जनता दरबार में पहुंचे अधिकांश फरियादियों ने भूमि और घरेलू विवाद के मामले प्रमुखता से रखे।

इसके अतिरिक्त मुआवजा, आर्थिक सहायता, पेयजल, एमडीडीए, नगर निगम, पुलिस, शिक्षा, रोजगार आदि से जुड़ी 78 समस्याएं जिलाधिकारी के समक्ष रखी। जिनमें से अधिकांश शिकायतों का जिलाधिकारी ने मौके पर निराकरण किया।

विवेक विहार हरबर्टपुर निवासी 81 वषीर्ष बुजुर्ग महिला राममूर्ति ने डीएम हो अपनी व्यथा सुनाते हुए बताया कि पुत्र व पुत्रवधु मारपीट करते है तथा डरा धमका रहे है, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने उप जिलाधिकारी विकासनगर को तत्काल भरणपोषण अधिनियमे ं वाद दर्ज कर फास्टटेªट सुनवाई के निर्देश दिए। लोहिया नगर ब्रह्मपुरी निवासी 65 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग महिला ने अपनी व्यथा सुनाते हुए आर्थिक सहायता की गुहार लगाई।

बताया कि उनका एक मात्र पुत्र का देहांत होने के बाद अब उनकी आजीविका का कोई सहारा नही है। दवाइयों के खर्चे के लिए भी पैसे नही है। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने प्रभारी अधिकारी को निर्देश दिए कि राइफल क्लब फंड में तत्काल आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया जाए।

वही ऋषिकेश निवासी दिव्यांग महिला अंजना मलिक ने परिवहन निगम की बसों में फ्री पास बनवाने पर जिलाधिकारी का आभार व्यक्त किया तथा अपने गुजारे के लिए आर्थिक सहायता की दिलाने की गुहार लगाई। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने प्रभारी अधिकारी को सीएसआर मद में आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।

ग्राम लांघा विकास नगर निवासी व्यथित विधवा महिला रक्षा ने बताया कि उनके पति की मृत्यु हो गई है। उनकी तीन बेटियां है। ससुराल वालों के उत्पीड़न से पिछले 11 सालों से अपने मायके में रह रही है। बच्चों के भरण पोषण के लिए वो अपनी जमीन का कुछ हिस्सा बेचना चाहती है लेकिन ससुराल पक्ष उसको अपने पति का कानूनी हिस्सा देने से डरा रहे है।

उन्होंने पति के हिस्से भूमि पर कानूनी हक दिलाने की गुहार लगाई जिस पर डीएम ने तहसीलदार विकासनगर को 03 में कृत कार्यवाही से अवगत कराने के निर्देश दिए। दीपनगर निवासी कुसुमलता ने अपने पति द्वारा खरीदे गए वाहन का ऋण माफ करने की गुहार लगाई।

जिस पर डीएम ने एलडीएम को जांच के निर्देश दिए। वहीं व्यथित विधवा सुमन ने डीएम से गुहार लगाई कि पड़ोसी बाउंड्री बनाने नहीं दे रहे हैं, जबकि भूमि उनकी मारपीट की जा रही है जिस पर डीएम तत्काल आनलाईन प्राथमिकी दर्ज करवाई।

मायाकुण्ड में जीर्णशीर्ण सामुदायिक केन्द्र सामुदायिक केन्द्र की बहुउपयोगिता बच्चों की शिक्षा, महिला सारक्षरता, महिला कौशल की गतिविधिति संचालित होती है। पैरा खिलाड़ी नीरजा गोयल देवभूमि चेरीटेबल ट्रस्ट डीएम से मिली तथा अपनी बात उनको बताई कि उनके द्वारा भी सांयकालीन महिला सिलाई प्रशिक्षण एवं स्थानीय बच्चों को रेमेडियल टीचिंग करायी जाती है तथा इस भवन को उपयोग में लाया जा रहा है, उन्होंने भवन मरम्मत का डीएम से अनुरोध किया था जिस पर डीएम ने 43 लाख की स्वीकृत किए थे, जिससे भवन निर्माण किया गया। अब भवन के फर्नीचर उपकरण हेतु 1.75 लाख की धनराशि का चैक दिया गया।

62 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग डेन्डो देवी ने बताया कि उनका आधार कार्ड न बन पाने के कारण उन्हें सरकार की मूलभूत सुविधाएं का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने मौके पर ही ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट मैनेजर को महिला का आधार कार्ड बनाने हेतु तत्काल कार्रवाई करने और समाज कल्याण विभाग को बुजुर्ग महिला की पेंशन इत्यादि योजनाओं से लाभान्वित करने के निर्देश दिए।

जमनीवाला निवासी मोहन सिंह ने बताया कि उनके मकान के आगे भू धसाव के कारण पुश्ता ढहने से उनके आवासीय भवन को खतरा बन गया है। उन्होंने प्राथमिकता पर पुस्ता निर्माण कराने की मांग की। गणेशपुर निवासी पूर्व सैनिक ने गणेशपुर में आपदा के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त पुलिया का शीघ्र निर्माण कराने की मांग रखी।

चांदपुर खुर्द में पेयजल ट्यूबेल पर विद्युत संयोजन कराने की मांग पर यूपीसीएल को त्वरित समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए गए। इस दौरान फरियादियों ने भूमि का सीमांकन, रजिस्ट्री, अवैध कब्जा हटवाने से जुड़ी तमाम समस्याएं जिलाधिकारी के समक्ष रखी।

जनता दर्शन में अपर जिलाधिकारी वि/रा के के मिश्रा, संयुक्त मजिस्टेªट राहुल कुमार, एसडीएम अपूर्वा, एसडीएम कुमकुम जोशी, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी वीके ढौंडियाल, जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी मीना बिष्ट सहित विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
