देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री के सुशासन एवं जनसेवा संकल्प के तहत पेयजल आपूर्ति से जुड़ी समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान को लेकर जिला प्रशासन प्रोएक्टिव मोड में सक्रियता से समस्याओं का निदान करने में जुटा है।
विगत 14 अप्रैल से लेकर अब तक कंट्रोल रूम को पेयजल की 251 शिकायतें मिली है, जिसमें से 247 शिकायतों का समाधान कर लिया गया है।
जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने पेयजल से जुड़े सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि बरसात के सीजन में भी जल संकट, जल की कमी और समस्या का प्रोएक्टिव मोड में निस्तारण जारी रखे। हर दिन हर घर तक निर्बाध रूप से जलापूर्ति की जाए।
जनमन की समस्या प्रशासन की समस्या है। इसमें कोई लापरवाही न हो इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। पानी की शिकायत मिलते ही उसी दिन उसका समाधान किया जाए।
पेयजल समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान को लेकर जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर एडीएम की अध्यक्षता में जिले स्तर पर समिति गठित है, जो नियमित रूप से पेयजल शिकायतों की मॉनिटरिंग कर रही है। डीएम के निर्देश पर पेयजल सप्लाई से जुड़े 07 विभागों के अधिकारी 20 अप्रैल से 24×7 जिला कंट्रोल रूम में तैनात किए गए है।
सहसपुर ब्लाक के ग्राम पंचायत कंडोली में जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत निर्मित टैंक से ओवरफ्लो और लीकेज से बने खतरे की समस्या पर पेयजल निगम के कनिष्ठ अभियंता ने बताया कि टैंक का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया गया। पानी के टैंक में लीकेज नही है।
बरसात में पानी के स्रोत मालडूंग नदी में अत्यधिक पानी होने के कारण सप्लाई पाइप से जरूरत से ज्यादा पानी टैंक में आ रहा है। टैंक भरने पर पानी ओवरफ्लो हो रहा था। सप्लाई लाइन के प्रथम वाल्व से अतिरिक्त पानी को नियंत्रित कर लिया गया है। जिससे अब कोई खतरा नही है।
दून जाखन क्षेत्र से संजय नौटियाल ने लगातार गंदा पानी आने की शिकायत दर्ज की। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देर्शो पर जल संस्थान की टीम को तत्काल मौके पर भेजा गया। टीम ने मौके पर क्षतिग्रस्त पाइप लाइन की मरम्मत कर समस्या का त्वरित निस्तारण किया गया। उपभोक्ताओं को अब अपने जल संयोजन से शुद्ध जलापूर्ति होने लगी है।
राजेन्द्र नगर में मटमैला पानी आने की शिकायत पर जल संस्थान के सहायक अभियंता ने बताया कि क्षेत्र में भूजल स्तर कम होने से 05 ट्यूबवेल से ओवरहैड टैंक भर पाता है। समस्या के निस्तारण के लिए प्रस्ताव तैयार कर शासन को भेजा गया है। क्षेत्र में टैंक से हो रही जलापूर्ति की जांच की गई और वर्तमान में शुद्ध पेयजल आपूर्ति की जा रही है।
जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर पेयजल संकट वाले क्षेत्रों में नियमित निगरानी करते हुए ट्यूबवेल व नलकूपों पर निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जा रही है। जल संस्थान एवं जल निगम के सभी डिविजनों में समस्याओं के निस्तारण के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर भी प्रचारित किए गए है। इसके अलावा कंट्रोल रूम के टोल फ्री नंबर 0135-2726066 व 1077 पर मिलने वाली शिकायतों का त्वरित संज्ञान लिया जा रहा है।
