ऋषिकेश, 21-06-2025: टीएचडीसी इंडिया लिमिटेड, एक प्रमुख मिनी रत्न, विद्युत उत्पादक उपक्रम के कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय, ऋषिकेश में आज 11वां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस बड़े उत्साह के साथ मनाया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में कर्मचारियों और उनके परिवारों की सक्रिय भागीदारी रही, जो समग्र कल्याण और स्वस्थ जीवन शैली को बढ़ावा देने के लिए निगम की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।
इस अवसर पर, टीएचडीसीआईएल के अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, श्री आर. के. विश्नोई ने वर्तमान समय में मनुष्य के व्यस्त जीवन शैली में योग की बढ़ती प्रासंगिकता पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कहा कि “योग हमारी प्राचीन भारतीय परंपरा का एक अमूल्य उपहार है, शारीरिक जीवन शक्ति और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य दोनों का विकास करने के लिए सबसे शक्तिशाली और विश्वसनीय साधनों में से एक के रूप में विकसित हुआ है। यह आधुनिक जीवन की चुनौतियों का सामना करने के लिए आंतरिक शक्ति, अनुशासन और लचीलापन प्रदान करता है।”
