मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारी चमोली द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये प्रस्ताव के क्रम में राज्य आपदा मोचन निधि के अन्तर्गत क्षमता विकास (Capacity Building) मद में रू0 60.00 लाख की धनराशि तथा जिलाधिकारी, रूद्रप्रयाग द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये प्रस्ताव के क्रम में क्षमता विकास (Capacity Building) मद में रू0 239.47 लाख की धनराशि अवमुक्त किये जाने हेतु अनुमोदन प्रदान किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने शहरी विकास विभागांतर्गत स्थानीय निकायों के पालिका केन्द्रीयत/अकेन्द्रीयत सेवा के समस्त कर्मचारियों तथा सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों एवं पारिवारिक पेंशनरों को, जिनकी पेंशन 7 वें वेतन आयोग की संस्तुतियों के क्रम में पुनरीक्षित की गई है, को महंगाई राहत 53 प्रतिशत के स्थान पर 55 प्रतिशत अनुमन्य किये जाने के प्रस्ताव पर अनुमोदन प्रदान किया है।

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने जनपद टिहरी गढ़वाल की तहसील घनसाली/बालगंगा क्षेत्रान्तर्गत आपदा प्रभावित परिवारों के पुनर्वास/विस्थापन हेतु रू0 5,47,75,300 (पांच करोड़ सैतालिस लाख पिचहत्तर हजार तीन सौ) की धनराशि जिलाधिकारी टिहरी को आवंटित किये जाने हेतु अनुमोदन प्रदान किया गया।
