देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्रदेश के पत्रकारों के स्वास्थ्य को लेकर संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि पत्रकारों के लिए शीघ्र एक विशेष मेडिकल कैम्प आयोजित किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पत्रकार समाज का महत्वपूर्ण स्तंभ हैं, जो हर परिस्थिति में जनहित के कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देते हैं। उनके स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल सरकार की प्राथमिकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार एवं सूचना महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी को समन्वय स्थापित कर सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएँ सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
मेडिकल कैम्प में चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। कैम्प में स्वास्थ्य की सभी आवश्यक जांचें उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी, ताकि पत्रकारों को समुचित चिकित्सकीय परामर्श एवं उपचार मिल सके।
इस क्रम में स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने निदेशक चिकित्सा शिक्षा डॉ. आशुतोष सयाना को आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु निर्देशित कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह कैम्प जल्द ही सूचना विभाग परिसर में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि आगे भी समय-समय पर ऐसे स्वास्थ्य कैम्प आयोजित किए जाएँगे, ताकि पत्रकारों को निरंतर स्वास्थ्य लाभ मिल सके।
