गाजियाबाद : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को इंदिरापुरम, गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश में पर्वतीय प्रवासी जन-कल्याण समिति गाजियाबाद द्वारा आयोजित उत्तरैणी-मकरैंण महोत्सव में प्रतिभाग किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तरैंणी-मकरैंण महोत्सव में सभी का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि यह महोत्सव उत्तराखंड की संस्कृति वेशभूषा खानपान और अपनेपन का संगम है। उन्होंने कहा आयोजकों द्वारा हमारी समृद्ध विरासत का संरक्षण कर उसे आगे बढ़ाने का कार्य किया जाना, सराहनीय है।

इस प्रकार के महोत्सव हमारी सांस्कृतिक विरासत लोक कला लोक संगीत को बढ़ावा देने के साथ उत्तराखंडी प्रवासियों को प्रेम के एक सूत्र में पिरोने का भी कार्य करते हैं। महोत्सव में पारंपरिक हस्तशिल्प, जैविक उत्पाद और उत्तराखंडी व्यंजनों को भी प्रदर्शित किया गया है। जो इन उत्पादों को नई पहचान देंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी प्रवासियों से उत्तराखंड स्थित उनके पुश्तैनी गांव, पहाड़ों के विकास में सहभागी बनने का आवाहन किया। उन्होंने कहा अपनी पैतृक भूमि में निवेश कर वहां स्वरोजगार, लघु उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देकर अपनी जन्मभूमि को आगे बढ़ाना है।

राज्य सरकार ने प्रवासी भाई बहनों के साथ सम्मेलन कर राज्य के विकास को लेकर भी चर्चा की। पूरे देशभर में रहने वाले हमारे प्रवासी भाई बहन उत्तराखंड आए थे, और उनसे कई विषयों पर मंथन हुआ। प्रवासी उत्तराखण्डियों ने अपने गांव को भी गोद लिया है। जिससे वो उत्तराखंड के विकास में सहभागी बनेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में विकास और विरासत को साथ में बढ़ाया जा रहा है। देश में बड़े धार्मिक स्थलों का विकास / पुनर्निर्माण किया जा रहा है। काशी विश्वनाथ, उज्जैन महाकाल लोक, अयोध्या में श्री राम मंदिर परिसर का भी भव्य दिव्य परिसर बना है।

उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार ने विकास के साथ सांस्कृतिक धरोहरों के संरक्षण का भी कार्य किया है। राज्य में सड़क, पेयजल, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रेल एवं हवाई कनेक्टिविटी जैसे अनेकों क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्य जारी हैं। श्री केदारनाथ पुनर्निर्माण कार्य, भगवान बद्री विशाल के परिसर का मास्टर प्लान, चारों धामों में ऑल वेदर रोड, मानसखंड मंदिर माला मिशन के अंतर्गत मंदिरों का सर्किट जैसे अनेकों क्षेत्रों में कार्य किया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा 2027 में देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के हरिद्वार में कुंभ का आयोजन होने जा रहा है, जिसके लिए हरिद्वार ऋषिकेश गंगा कॉरिडोर का कार्य भी तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। टनकपुर में शारदा कॉरिडोर का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

राज्य में विकास कार्यों के साथ रोजगार और स्वरोजगार को भी बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है। होमस्टे योजना, लखपति दीदी योजना, एक जनपद दो उत्पाद एवं हाउस आफ हिमालयाज के माध्यम से स्थानीय आजीविका को आगे बढ़ाने का कार्य जारी है। देवभूमि की मातृशक्ति कौशल और परिश्रम से भरी हैं, जिसके फलस्वरूप राज्य में 1 लाख लखपति दीदी बनीं हैं। देवभूमि के उत्पादों की मांग देश दुनिया में बढ़ती जा रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने बजट सत्र में राज्य में सशक्त भू कानून लागू किया है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार, प्रदेश की जमीनों को बर्बाद नहीं होने देगी। उत्तराखंड की सांस्कृतिक परंपरा और विरासत को जीवंत रखने और इसे पूरा करने में सभी का सहयोग मिलता रहेगा।
