रुड़की 11 मई। राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी दिवस 2026 के अवसर पर सोमवार को इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी रूड़की में समावेशी विकास के लिए जिम्मेदार नवाचार विषय पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में उत्तराखंड सरकार के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, सुशासन, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री प्रदीप बत्रा मुख्य अतिथि रहे। आयोजन यूकॉस्ट, आईटीडीए और लक्ष्य सोसायटी के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में हुआ।

 

कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता आईआईटी रुड़की के निदेशक प्रो. कमल किशोर पंत ने की। यूकॉस्ट के महानिदेशक प्रो. दुर्गेश पंत विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में मौजूद रहे। इस दौरान वैज्ञानिक, शिक्षाविद, शोधार्थी और विद्यार्थी बड़ी संख्या में शामिल हुए।

 

कैबिनेट मंत्री प्रदीप बत्रा ने कहा कि विज्ञान, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और नवाचार केवल आधुनिक विकास के साधन नहीं, बल्कि समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक अवसर पहुंचाने का माध्यम भी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार “टेक्नोलॉजिकल अंत्योदय” की सोच के साथ काम कर रही है, ताकि तकनीक का लाभ अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे।

 

उन्होंने कहा कि केवल डिजिटल डेवलपमेंट ही लक्ष्य नहीं है, बल्कि ऐसा समावेशी विकास मॉडल तैयार करना है, जिसमें एआई, डिजिटल गवर्नेंस और नवाचार गांव, गरीब, किसान, छात्र और युवाओं के जीवन को मजबूत बनाएं।

 

मंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की डिजिटल इंडिया, स्टार्टअप इंडिया और इंडिया एआई जैसी योजनाओं का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि भारत तेजी से वैश्विक तकनीकी नेतृत्व की ओर बढ़ रहा है। राज्य सरकार भी उत्तराखंड को इनोवेशन हब बनाने और युवाओं को फ्यूचर रेडी स्किल्स से जोड़ने के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है।

 

उन्होंने युवाओं से आह्वान किया कि वे तकनीक और नवाचार को केवल करियर नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्र निर्माण का मिशन बनाएं। कार्यक्रम में विशेषज्ञों ने जिम्मेदार नवाचार, डिजिटल ट्रांसफॉर्मेशन और समावेशी विकास पर विचार रखे।
