देहरादून। उत्तराखंड सरकार अब बद्रीनाथ धाम को ‘स्पिरिचुअल स्मार्ट हिल टाउन’ के रूप में विकसित करने की दिशा में तेजी से काम कर रही है। इस संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के समक्ष बुधवार को सचिवालय में पर्यटन विभाग ने मास्टर प्लान के तहत चल रहे कार्यों की विस्तृत जानकारी प्रस्तुत की।
बैठक में सचिव पर्यटन धीराज गर्ब्याल ने बताया कि बद्रीनाथ को एक आधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त, व्यवस्थित और दिव्य तीर्थस्थल बनाने के लिए चरणबद्ध तरीके से कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। योजना का उद्देश्य श्रद्धालुओं को बेहतर सुविधाओं के साथ आध्यात्मिक अनुभव प्रदान करना है।
मास्टर प्लान के तहत क्षेत्र के सौंदर्यीकरण और सांस्कृतिक पहचान को ध्यान में रखते हुए कई महत्वपूर्ण स्थल विकसित किए जा रहे हैं। देव दर्शनी पॉइंट को इस तरह तैयार किया जा रहा है कि श्रद्धालुओं को यहां से धाम के प्रथम दर्शन भव्य रूप में हो सकें। वहीं बद्रीनारायण चौक को एक प्रमुख आध्यात्मिक और सांस्कृतिक केंद्र के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है।
इसके अलावा आईएसबीटी वॉल पर स्थानीय कला और धार्मिक विषयों पर आधारित भित्ति चित्र बनाए जाएंगे, जबकि ‘वसुधा वाटिका’ के माध्यम से प्रकृति और पारंपरिक कला का समावेश करते हुए आकर्षक लैंडस्केप तैयार किया जाएगा।
योजना में भगवान विष्णु से जुड़े प्रतीकों—पाञ्चजन्य शंख, कौमोदकी गदा, सुदर्शन चक्र और वैकुंठ द्वार—की भव्य कलाकृतियों का निर्माण भी शामिल है। साथ ही शेषनेत्र, पंच तत्व थीम, रामायण और महाभारत से जुड़े प्रतीकों को भी विकसित किया जाएगा। दिया आरती स्थल को भी विशेष रूप से विकसित करने की योजना है, ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को दिव्य अनुभव मिल सके।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि विकास कार्यों में स्थानीय संस्कृति और पर्यावरण संरक्षण का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि इस परियोजना के पूर्ण होने पर बद्रीनाथ धाम आस्था, आधुनिकता और प्रकृति के संतुलित संगम के रूप में स्थापित होगा और पर्यटन को भी नई दिशा मिलेगी।
