देहरादून 17 अप्रैल। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर दर्ज एक शिकायत को गंभीरता से लेते हुए शुक्रवार को खुद मौके पर पहुंचकर स्थिति का जायजा लिया। देहरादून के जाखन क्षेत्र में राजपुर रोड स्थित फुटपाथ क्षतिग्रस्त होने की शिकायत की पड़ताल करने पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को मौके की वास्तविक स्थिति से अवगत कराया और कार्य में लापरवाही पर नाराजगी जताई।
जाखन निवासी विवेक मदान ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी कि विद्युत लाइन को अंडरग्राउंड करने के दौरान फुटपाथ को खोद दिया गया, लेकिन बाद में सही तरीके से भरान नहीं किया गया। इससे फुटपाथ की टाइल्स धंस गईं और आम लोगों को इसका लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने निरीक्षण के दौरान शिकायतकर्ता को साथ लेकर अपने मोबाइल फोन से अधिकारियों को वीडियो कॉल के जरिए मौके की स्थिति दिखाई। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करें और भविष्य में इस प्रकार की लापरवाही न हो। मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि अंडरग्राउंड कार्य के बावजूद कई स्थानों पर बिजली लाइन ऊपर दिखाई दे रही है, जो आम जनता के लिए खतरा बन सकती है।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि कार्यों में उचित योजना और गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि बार-बार खुदाई से जनता को परेशानी न हो और सरकारी धन की बर्बादी भी रोकी जा सके।
मुख्यमंत्री ने मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन को निर्देश दिए कि प्रदेशभर में इस तरह की समस्याओं की पहचान कर उन्हें दूर करने के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी दौरों में वे स्वयं भी इस तरह के निरीक्षण करेंगे।
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थानीय दुकानदारों और क्षेत्रवासियों से बातचीत कर उनकी समस्याएं भी सुनीं।
