हरिद्वार 16 मार्च। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को हरिद्वार पहुंचकर कुंभ मेला 2027 की तैयारियों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। डामकोठी में आयोजित बैठक में उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि कुंभ मेले के दिव्य और भव्य आयोजन के लिए सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरी की जाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कुंभ जैसे विशाल आयोजन में किसी भी स्तर पर कोई कमी नहीं रहनी चाहिए। सभी विभाग बेहतर समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए तैयारियों को तय समय सीमा में पूरा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि साधु-संतों, धार्मिक और सामाजिक संगठनों तथा सभी हितधारकों के सहयोग से कुंभ मेले का सुव्यवस्थित और भव्य आयोजन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि कुंभ से जुड़े कार्यों के लिए धनराशि की कोई कमी नहीं आने दी जाएगी और प्रस्तावित कार्यों की स्वीकृतियां शीघ्र जारी की जाएंगी। इस संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक के दौरान दूरभाष पर मुख्य सचिव से वार्ता कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही के निर्देश भी दिए।
बैठक में सड़क, पुल, पेयजल, स्वास्थ्य, यातायात और पार्किंग से जुड़े स्थायी कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने गुणवत्ता और समयबद्धता पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि आगामी चारधाम यात्रा, वर्षाकाल और कांवड़ यात्रा को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रमुख परियोजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की रणनीति तैयार की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कुंभ मेले की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा करते हुए आधुनिक तकनीकों से सुसज्जित इंटीग्रेटेड कंट्रोल एंड कमांड सेंटर स्थापित करने को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिए। इसके साथ ही मेला नियंत्रण भवन के पास प्रस्तावित सीसीआर-2 भवन परियोजना को भी शीघ्र वित्तीय स्वीकृति देने की बात कही।
श्रद्धालुओं की आवाजाही को सुगम बनाने के लिए खड़खड़ी पुल और श्रीयंत्र पुल से संबंधित योजनाओं को भी प्राथमिकता देते हुए जल्द स्वीकृति देने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा ऋषिकेश और मुनीकीरेती सहित कुंभ क्षेत्र के सभी सेक्टरों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण, सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता और सीवरेज प्रबंधन पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा गया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने डामकोठी अतिथिगृह के विस्तार का भी निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि मौजूदा भवन से सटे क्षेत्र में आधुनिक और आकर्षक अतिथिगृह के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया जाए।
बैठक में मेलाधिकारी सोनिका ने बताया कि कुंभ मेला 2027 के लिए सड़कों, पुलों और घाटों के निर्माण के साथ जलापूर्ति, चिकित्सा, सुरक्षा और मेला प्रबंधन से जुड़ी स्थायी प्रकृति की 33 योजनाएं वर्तमान में निर्माणाधीन हैं। सभी परियोजनाओं पर निर्धारित समयसीमा के अनुसार कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि मनसा देवी और चंडी देवी मंदिर मार्ग के सुधार की योजना को भी स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है।
बैठक में जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष किरण चौधरी, नगर निगम मेयर किरण जैसल, रुड़की मेयर अनीता अग्रवाल, विधायक मदन कौशिक, आदेश चौहान, प्रदीप बत्रा, पूर्व मंत्री स्वामी यतीश्वरानंद, जिलाधिकारी मयूर दीक्षित, एसएसपी नवनीत सिंह भुल्लर, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ललित नारायण मिश्रा सहित संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी और जनप्रतिनिधि मौजूद रहे।
