काशीपुर 1 मार्च। पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने काशीपुर नगर निगम परिसर में आयोजित रंगोत्सव होली मिलन समारोह में सहभागिता कर जनसमुदाय के साथ होली पर्व की खुशियाँ साझा कीं। समारोह में पहुंचने पर मुख्यमंत्री का पुष्पवर्षा कर भव्य स्वागत किया गया।

इस अवसर पर उन्होंने सभी प्रदेशवासियों को होली की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ दीं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने पारंपरिक कुमाऊँनी होली, शास्त्रीय होली और भजन गायन में भाग लेते हुए कहा कि यह केवल रंगों का उत्सव नहीं, बल्कि हमारी सांस्कृतिक जड़ों को सहेजने और नई पीढ़ी तक पहुँचाने का माध्यम है। उन्होंने कहा कि होली आपसी प्रेम, भाईचारे और सामाजिक सद्भाव का पर्व है, जो समाज को एक सूत्र में पिरोता है।

अपने संबोधन में मुख्यमंत्री ने बचपन की होली की स्मृतियाँ साझा करते हुए कहा कि गाँव की सामूहिक होली में न ऊँच-नीच का भेद होता था और न ही छोटे-बड़े का अंतर। ढोल-दमाऊँ और हुड़के की थाप पर गूंजते होली गीत पूरे वातावरण को भक्ति और उमंग से भर देते थे। उन्होंने कहा कि आज भी ऐसे आयोजनों में माताओं, बहनों और युवाओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी यह दर्शाती है कि हमारी सांस्कृतिक जड़ें अत्यंत मजबूत हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार “विकल्प रहित संकल्प” के साथ देवभूमि की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को सहेजने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने युवाओं से आह्वान किया कि आधुनिकता के साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए अपनी लोक परंपराओं, गीतों और त्योहारों से जुड़े रहें।

विकास कार्यों का उल्लेख करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि काशीपुर में 133 एकड़ में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्लस्टर पार्क विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें 16 औद्योगिक इकाइयों का आवंटन हो चुका है। काशीपुर-रामनगर राजमार्ग के चार लेन उन्नयन के लिए 494 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की स्वीकृति दी गई है तथा 3 किलोमीटर लंबा मिनी बाईपास निर्माणाधीन है।

सहायक संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी कार्यालय का निर्माण पूर्ण हो चुका है और ऑटोमेटेड ड्राइविंग टेस्ट ट्रैक की सुविधा भी शुरू की गई है।

उन्होंने बताया कि लगभग 1950 करोड़ रुपये की फंडिंग से पेयजल, सीवरेज, सड़क सुधार और सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट के कार्य प्रगति पर हैं। 1100 करोड़ रुपये की औद्योगिक हब परियोजना तथा 100 करोड़ रुपये की अरोमा पार्क परियोजना पर भी कार्य जारी है। साथ ही बहुमंजिला पार्किंग और नए तहसील कार्यालय का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है। काशीपुर के चैती मंदिर को मानसखंड कॉरिडोर से जोड़कर इसे प्रमुख सांस्कृतिक एवं आध्यात्मिक केंद्र के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि काशीपुर देवभूमि का प्रवेश द्वार है और यहाँ आने वाला प्रत्येक यात्री प्रदेश की स्वच्छता, सांस्कृतिक गरिमा और विकास का अनुभव करे, यही सरकार का लक्ष्य है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि जनसमर्थन और सहयोग से काशीपुर को समृद्ध, स्वच्छ और विकसित नगर बनाया जाएगा।

कार्यक्रम में जनप्रतिनिधियों, अधिकारियों और बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय नागरिकों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्थानीय लोगों के साथ होली खेलकर सभी को सुख, शांति और समृद्धि की शुभकामनाएँ दीं।
