देहरादून: विगत वर्ष से जिला प्रशासन देहरादून की कार्यशैली में भारी बदलाव देखने को मिले हैं। जहां आम जनमानस, व्यथित,बुजुर्ग, दिव्यांग,असहायों, की सुनवाई हो रही है वही एक के बाद एक कड़े निर्णय उनके पक्ष में हो रहे हैं।
दुखियारी एकल मां रजनी ने डीएम सविन बंसल से गुहार लगाई की वह किराए के मकान पर रहती हैं तथा प्राइवेट नौकरी करती हैं उनके दो बच्चे हैं दोनों बच्चों की पढ़ाई का खर्च वहन करना मुश्किल हो रहा है। उन्होंने फरियाद लगाई कि बिटिया की पढ़ाई का खर्च वहन नहीं कर पा रहे हैं उनकी बिटिया शिवानी 12वीं कक्षा में है उन्होंने बेटी की पढ़ाई नंदा सुनंदा से करने की डीएम से गुहार लगाई।
जिस पर डीएम ने श्री गुरु राम राय एजुकेशन मिशन से 2024-25 की फीस में रियायत देने का अनुरोध किया। जिलाधिकारी के अनुरोध पर एसजीआरआर एजुकेशन मिशन द्वारा शिवानी की पिछले सेशन की 50% फीस माफ कर दी। वहीं अब जिला प्रशासन द्वारा शिवानी की आगे की पढ़ाई खर्चा प्रोजेक्ट नंदा सुनंदा से उठाया जाएगा, जिसके लिए डीएम ने समिति को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के भी निर्देश दिए।
