देहरादून: डेंगू रोग नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम को लेकर जिला प्रशासन अलर्ट है। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल स्वयं डेंगू रोकथाम के लिए संचालित गतिविधियों की मॉनिटरिंग कर रहे है। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर डेंगू नियंत्रण हेतु प्रभावी गतिविधियां संचालित की जा रही है।
आशा कार्यकत्री के माध्यम से घर-घर सर्वेक्षण शुरू हो गया है। अस्पतालों में डेंगू टेस्ट से लेकर इलाज तक समुचित व्यवस्थाएं की गई है। जन मन की जागरूकता एवं सुरक्षा के लिए एडवाइजरी जारी की गई है।
राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन, चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग ने डेंगू रोग नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम और विभागों की भूमिका को लेकर एडवाइजरी जारी करते हुए बताया कि डेंगू से बचाव ही उसका सबसे प्रभावी इलाज है, क्योंकि इस बीमारी का कोई विशिष्ट इलाज नहीं है।
डेंगू एक मच्छर जनित बीमारी है, जो एडिस मच्छर के काटने से फैलती है। अचानक तेज बुखार, गंभीर सिरदर्द, जोड़ों और मांसपेशियों में गंभीर दर्द, आँखों के पीछे दर्द, सूजी हुई लिम्फ ग्रंथियां, जी मिचलाना, उल्टी, खुजली, थकान डेंगू के लक्षण है।
डेंगू मच्छर के काटने से बचने के लिए पूरी आस्तीन के कपड़े पहनें, मच्छरदानी का उपयोग करें और मच्छर भगाने वाली क्रीम या स्प्रे का उपयोग करें। घर अपने आसपास के क्षेत्र में मच्छरों की रोकथाम किया जा सकता है। अपने आसपास पानी जमा न होने दें, कूड़ा-कचरा साफ करें और मच्छर मारने वाली दवाओं का छिड़काव करें।
घर और आसपास के क्षेत्र को साफ रखें, कूड़ा-कचरा नियमित रूप से निकालें और पानी जमा न होने दें। अपनी प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली को मजबूत करने के लिए स्वस्थ भोजन करें, नियमित व्यायाम करें और पर्याप्त नींद लें। डेंगू का कोई विशिष्ट इलाज नहीं है, लेकिन डॉक्टर लक्षणों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए दवाएं दे सकते हैं और तरल पदार्थों की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए आईवी फ्लूइड्स दे सकते हैं।
डेंगू से बचाव ही उसका सबसे प्रभावी इलाज है। मच्छरों से बचाव, मच्छरों की रोकथाम, स्वच्छता और प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली को मजबूत करने से डेंगू के खतरे को कम किया जा सकता है। यदि आपको डेंगू के लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं, तो तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें और उनकी सलाह का पालन करें।
डेंगू रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण के लिए शहरी विकास, नगर निगम, ग्रामीण विकास, आपदा प्रबंधन, शिक्षा, पंचायती राज, सिंचाई, परिवहन, कृषि, जलापूर्ति, महिला एवं बाल विकास, पर्यटन, वन एवं मौसम विभाग सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों को आपसी समन्वय बनाकर काम किया जाना नितांत आवश्यक है। शहरी क्षेत्रों में समस्त वार्ड में स्वच्छता अभियान चलाते हुए डेंगू मच्छर उत्पन्न होने के स्रोत को पनपने से रोका जाए। नगर पालिकाओं में इसके लिए माइक्रो प्लान बनाकर काम किया जाए।
नागरिकों को डेंगू नियंत्रण एवं रोकथाम के प्रति जागरूक किया जाए। स्कूल परिसर में निरन्तर सफाई की जाए। पानी की टंकियों को ढक कर रखा जाए। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सामुदायिक शिक्षा एवं जागरूकता पैदा की जाए। नियमित जलापूर्ति का प्रयत्न किया जाए। जिससे समुदाय में अधिक समय तक जल भंडार करके न रखा जाए। रिसोर्ट, होटलों एवं धर्मशालाओं में बने स्विमिंग पूलों, रूम कूलर, फाउन्टेन, गुलदस्ते, सेंट्रल एसी प्लांट की नियमित सफाई की जाए। रिहायशी क्षेत्रों में पुराने जमा टायरों, झुग्गियों की छतों पर प्लास्टिक शीट में पानी जमा होने से रोका जाए।
