स्कूलों को स्मार्ट बनाने के इस कार्य में ओएनजीसी व हुडको द्वारा सहयोग किया जा रहा है। जिलाधिकारी के इस महत्वाकांक्षी प्राजेक्ट में हुडको द्वारा स्कूलों में पठनपाठन व्यवस्था हेतु आधुनिक उपकरण एलईडी के लिए 2.5 के कार्य प्रोसेस में हैं, जबकि ओएनजीसी ने 1.5 करोड़ के फर्नीचर एवं उपकरण में सहयोग कर रही है। ओएनजीसी ने विकासखण्ड चकराता, कालसी स्थत सरकारी स्कूलों को वर्ष 2024-25 में फर्नीचर युक्त कर दिया है तथा वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए विकासखण्ड डोईवाला, रायपुर, विकासनगर व सहसपुर स्थित स्कूलों में फर्नीचर उपलब्ध कराने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है।
