अनाथ, निर्बल एवं ड्रापआउट बेटियों के हौसले को लगेगें पंख, कई योजनाओं को डीएम ने किया स्वीकृत

देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल की अध्यक्षता में ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्टेªट में ‘‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढाओ’’ जिला स्तरीय टास्कफोर्स महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की बैठक आयोजित की गई। टास्क फोर्स के प्रस्तावों की दी स्वीकृति।

जिलाधिकारी ने बाल विकास विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि ऐसी योजनाओं पर कार्य करें जो भविष्य में रोल मॉडल साबित हों। उन्होंने कहा कि बालिकाओं की शिक्षा बहुत आवश्यक है इसके लिए घर-धर जाकर प्रभावी सर्वे किया जाए तथा 10-18 वर्ष की ड्रापआउट बालिकाओं को शिक्षा से जोड़ा जाए।किस कारण बालिका ड्रापआउट हैं की पूर्ण पड़ताल करते हुए समाधान की दिशा में कार्य करें अधिकारी।

उन्होंने ने बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ योजनान्तर्गत बालिकाओं के असुरक्षित स्थानों के चिन्हिकरण के पश्चात् उक्त स्थानों को सुरक्षित बनाने हेतु प्राप्त सुझावों पर कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।उन्होेनें महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि बालिकाओं के स्वर्णिम भविष्य के लिए नई योजनाएं तथा नए प्रयास किये जाने आवश्यक है इसके लिए उन्होनें टास्कफोर्स से सुझाव भी मांगे।

बैठक में बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ योजना के अन्तर्गत 11वीं एवं 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण बालिकाओं को जनपद के शैक्षणिक संस्थानों सांइस सिटी, झाझरा, एफ०आर०आई० देहरादून जू का भ्रमण एवं मोटीवेशनल मूवी दिखाने, किशोरी बालिकाओं के पोषण स्तर में सुधार के उद्देश्य से उनकी निरन्तर वृद्धि निगरानी एवं समय-समय पर पोषण सम्बन्धी जानकारी प्रदान करने हेतु अवनी अभियान संचालित करने की स्वीकृति दी।

सपनों की ओर बढ़ते कदम- पी०एम०जनमन योजना के अन्तर्गत डोईवाला, विकासनगर एवं सहसपुर ब्लॉक में चिन्हित बोक्साजनजाति क्षेत्र की ड्राप आउट बालिकाओं का आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्तियों द्वारा घर-घर जाकर सर्वे करने तथा सर्वे में चिन्हित 10-18 वर्ष की ड्राप आउट बालिकाओं का विद्यालय में पुनः प्रवेश करवाने तथा आर्थिक कारण से उनकी शिक्षा बाधित न हो, इसके लिये उनकी एक वर्ष की एकमुश्त स्कूल फीस सम्बन्धित विद्यालय में जमा करवाई जायेगी।

बालिकाओं की काउन्सलिंग करते हुये, उन्हें स्कूल ड्रेस, बैग, स्टेशनरी, किताबें तथा स्वच्छता किट प्रदान की जायेगी। साथ ही इच्छुक बालिकाओं को व्यवसायिक प्रशिक्षण भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।

बहुउ‌द्देशीय शिविरों में कन्या भू्रण हत्या रोकथाम, बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम, घरेलू हिंसा से महिलाओं का संरक्षण अधिनियम, कार्यस्थल पर महिला यौन उत्पीड़न शिकायत निवारण अधिनियम की जानकारी युक्त नुक्कड़ नाटकों का आयोजन करने वॉल पेन्टिंग के कार्य में दक्ष बालिकाएं जिनके माध्यम से उनके ग्राम/वार्ड के सार्वजनिक स्थलों/चौराहों पर इच्छुक बालिकाओं से बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ विषय पर वॉल पेन्टिंग करवाने है तथा भविष्य में ऐसी बालिकाओं को जनपद में आयोजित कार्यक्रमों में सम्मानित भी किय जाएगा।

बालिका शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करने वाले विद्यालयों को जनपद में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में सम्मानित किया जाएगा। इस हेतु सम्बन्धित खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी/नगर शिक्षा अधिकारी से प्राप्त की जायेगी।

हम है शक्ति शहर में बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ के अन्तर्गत एक जागरूकता रैली निकाली जानी प्रस्तावित है, जिसमें राजकीय इन्टर कॉलेज एवं डिग्री कॉलेज की लगभग 500 बालिकाओं द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया जाना प्रस्तावित है।

बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ प्रचार-प्रसार सामग्री बालिका शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करने, कन्या भू्रण हत्या,बाल विवाह की रोकथाम, घरेलू हिंसा से महिलाओं के संरक्षण एवं विभाग द्वारा संचालित महिलाओं/बालिकाओं के कल्याणार्थ संचालित विभागीय योजनाओं के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ के संदेश युक्त शी-डायरी, टेबल कैलेण्डर, शी कैप एवं शी बैज आदि तैयार की जाएँगी।

कामकाजी माताओं को अपने बच्चे की उचित देखभाल और सुरक्षा देने में आने वाली कठिनाइयों को ध्यान में रखते हुये, पालना के माध्यम से डे-केयर क्रैच सुविधाएं प्रदान की जांएगी। पालना का उद्देश्य बच्चों के पोषण, स्वास्थ्य एवं संज्ञानात्मक विकास के लिए सुरक्षित वातावरण प्रदान करना है, ताकि कामकाजी महिलाएं अपने रोजगार में और अधिक प्रभावी हो सके।

बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, अपर नगर आयुक्त बीर सिंह बुदियाल, अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी स्मार्ट सिटी लि0 तीरथपाल सिंह, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी विनोद ढौंडियाल, जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी बाल विकास विभाग जितेन्द्र कुमार, महाप्रबन्धक जिला उद्योग केन्द्र अंजली रावत सहित सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी एवं समिति के सदस्य उपस्थित रहे।
