देहरादून : शनिवार को पुलिस लाइन में आयोजित राज्य स्थापना दिवस पर कार्यक्रम में संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कई अहम घोषणाएं की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में आपदा के कारण मार्ग एवं पुलों के बह जाने की दशा में यातायात को तुरन्त सुचारू करने के लिए वैलीब्रिज स्थापित किए जाएंगे।
उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में महिलाओं का समग्र विकास सुनिश्चित करने के लिए महिला नीति को यथाशीघ्र अधिसूचित किए जाने के साथ ही युवाओं के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए एक विशिष्ट ’’युवा नीति’’ भी बनाई जाएगी। इसी तरह आगामी राष्ट्रीय खेलों में उत्तराखण्ड के जो खिलाड़ी मेडल जीतेंगे, उनकों पुरस्कार हेतु नियत धनराशि के बराबर की धनराशि राज्य सरकार द्वारा अतिरिक्त रूप से प्रदान की जाएगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड से बाहर देश के दूसरे राज्यों में रहने वाले प्रवासियों के लिए प्रतिवर्ष नवंबर माह में ’’राष्ट्रीय उत्तराखंडी प्रवासी दिवस’’ आयोजित किया जायेगा, इसी तरह प्रतिवर्ष जनवरी माह में विदेशों में रहने वाले प्रवासी उत्तराखण्डियों के लिए ’’अन्तराष्ट्रीय उत्तराखण्डी प्रवासी दिवस’’का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

सरकार ने औद्योगिक नीति, लॉजिस्टिक नीति, स्टार्टअप नीति सहित अनेकों नई नीतियां बनाकर राज्य में पूंजी निवेश के अवसरों को बढ़ाने का कार्य किया है। इसी प्रकार ऊधमसिंह नगर के खुरपिया में शीघ्र ही एक ’’इंडस्ट्रियल स्मार्ट सिटी’’ स्थापित होने जा रही है। इसलिए वो दिन दूर नहीं जब हम प्रदेश में रोजगार के अवसरों को बढ़ाकर राज्य से पलायन की समस्या को भी जड़ से खत्म कर सकेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सरकार ने उत्तराखण्ड का विकास सुनिश्चित करने के साथ ही प्रदेश के हित में कई कठोर एवं ऐतिहासिक निर्णय भी लिए हैं। इसी क्रम में यूसीसी का कानून पास किया गया, साथ ही देश का सबसे कड़ा नकल विरोधी कानून और धर्मांतरण रोधी कानून के साथ ही दंगा रोधी कानून लागू किया जा चुका है।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने जहां एक ओर अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ अभियान चलाकर प्रदेश भर में 5000 एकड़ से अधिक सरकारी जमीन को अवैध कब्जे से मुक्त कराने का कार्य किया है। वहीं सरकारी नौकरियों में राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को 10 प्रतिशत एवं महिलाओं के लिए 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण लागू करने का ऐतिहासिक कार्य भी किया है।
