देहरादून: आईआईटी मद्रास प्रवर्तक टेक्नोलॉजीज फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं और वर्चुअल रियलिटी (वीआर) के उपयोग से बेसिक शिक्षा के स्तर को बढ़ाने का काम किया जाएगा।
जिला प्रशासन जल्द ही इसके लिए ट्रस्ट के साथ एमओयू हस्तांतरित करेगा। इसके तहत कक्षा 5 से 9 तक के बच्चों को स्कूल में गणित, विज्ञान और अंग्रेजी जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों में ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई की सुविधा मिलेगी।
जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को बेसिक स्कूलों में विद्या शक्ति के तहत ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं के संचालन हेतु जरूरी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के तहत प्रथम चरण में 50 विद्यालयों को चयनित किया जाएगा।
इन विद्यालयों में प्रोजेक्ट उत्कर्ष के अंतर्गत इंटरनेट, वाईफाई, एलईडी टीवी एवं अन्य आवश्यक उपकरणों की समुचित व्यवस्था की जाए। डीएम द्वारा मा0 सीएम के निर्देश पर विद्यालयों को हाईटेक बनाने के लिए मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी के निवर्तन पर रुपए 5 करोड़ और जारी की जा रही है।
खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी, प्रधानाचार्य एवं शिक्षकों को विद्या शक्ति के अंतर्गत संचालित होने वाले ऑनलाइन शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी दी जाए। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जल्द ही ट्रस्ट के साथ एमओयू साइन कर ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई शुरू कराई जाएगी। ताकि स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की कमी को दूर किया जा सके और ट्यूशन कक्षाओं तक पहुंच न रखने वाले सभी बच्चों को इसका लाभ मिल सके।
विद्या शक्ति ओपन मेंटर से आए डा. एस सुब्रमण्यम ने प्रोजेक्ट की विस्तार से जानकारी दी। बताया कि उत्तराखंड में तारा जोशी फाउंडेशन के साथ मिलकर स्थानीय हिन्दी भाषा में ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। कक्षा 5 से 9 तक के बच्चों को गणित, साइंस और अंग्रेजी विषय इंटरैक्टिव सिमुलेशन (वर्चुअल लैब) और गेमीफिकेशन (खेल-खेल में) के माध्यम से सरल तरीके से पढ़ाए और सिखाए जाएंगे।
बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी वीके ढौंडियाल, ओपनमेंटर से आए डा. एस सुब्रमण्यम, तारा जोशी फाउंडेशन से किरन जोशी आदि मौजूद थे।
